Having both on my pvp HR, and hearing that heels of fury don't stack with the bear fur, I was wondering if someone could confirm that both bonuses to ranged powers stack. Otherwise it's back to the drawing board for me.

I suppose I could stick my fearbringers on. But still.

They don't stack either as both items have the same buff. I think these were discovered first and the melee items checked afterward, but both are confirmed not to work.
