MW Tailoring - can't complete As The Wheel Turns

I crafted the 3 required items, and got a notification that I completed that quest requirement each time, but now I can't turn in the quest. Quest log still says I need to collect the 3 items.

Try putting the item into your shared bank and pulling it back to your inventory or mailing it to yourself. That should make the system think you acquired it again.
