Neck Items Fit For A King (Of The Beasts)?

So I have the Golden Lion Companion. He's a great fit for my GWF and looks cool as all Tartarus. The only draw back is that he takes three Neck Items and I am having a Tiamat of a time finding ones that work well late in the game. All Offence worked nicely up until Chult, but just does not cut it any more. He needs to go Tank to survive the Jungles. I wouldn't say no to the bonus Health and resilience either. Sadly, I just can't find much of anything anywhere that works for Defense/Deflect/Health. No Defense Slots, no items with Defensive stats. I've been looking on missions, in the Seal Vendors, the Auction House, but have always come up dry. I assume that I'm missing something really, really obvious here. A Defender with no Defense doesn't make much sense, and I've seen enough of them around that they must be good for SOMETHING.

So I'm here to ask the experts: What do I do to bling out my Lion?
