Possible change to toSW At-Wills on PS4

Is there a way during the routine maintance that the devs could speed up the rate at which the At-wills fire. I've personally notice mine are sluggish. If they would fire at twice the speed or 1.5x the sw would be an even better contender in the game. I'm trying everything I know to improve him. Thanks
