Armor Penetration rotation

Hello
I need to ask about something, how much we must have Arm Pen (with bonding)?
I read it's
1. about 6k - 60% DI on most of the maps
2. about 8k - 80% DI on chult maps
3. about 10k - 100% DI on mod 14 maps
It's true?
And my next question, how you rotate stats? All time have 100% or change it depending on the map and dung?

Tong/codg 85%, M14 100% (bhe and CR), chult (quest zone) 75%, everything else 60% or below.

In the end game you usually wont die if you have to put a bit more points into arp, so I personally dont change anything.

I have with bonding about 80% (8,5k) and dont know leave it or change it.

The numbers quoted are for dungeon bosses, generally. For mobs you encounter in solo content, it is usually about 15% less. Not sure about zones with mobs less than level 73 like Dread Ring etc... but the older level 73 zones, you can do ok running your dailies with 45%. In Chult areas, 75% and 90% in Barovia. Those numbers aren't across the board. Many mobs will have less defense than that, but if you are struggling with big brute mobs and such, those numbers will help.

So what do you thnik, better option is 7k arm pen (60-70%) and use it in all maps/mobs or 9k amr pen (70-80%) in all map/mobs. Maybe better is 7k arm pen and this 2k invest in crit or power?

I don't bother switching, but I outgear all the old maps so badly that the extra stats don't matter. You could consider getting your 7k and then get a blue mount that gives 2k armor pen (white tiger) and use the extra when it is useful. Any armor pen you are lacking is a bigger hit to your damage
