How do I get to Barovia?

Total n00b, I know, but I just started playing yesterday, and I'd really like to play in Barovia if at all possible. Thanks!

    Just started yesterday? Well, you need to be level 70 first.

    Hi there...
    To start it off, go see Lord Neverember in the Halls of Justice in PE.
    He will give you a quest to assist a local duchess.

    From there... it should be straight forward :)

    Of course... make sure you are level 70 first as @namelesshero347 mentioned ;)
