Ongoing connection problems

Since yesterday, connecting to the server mostly fails. When it is connected, it is very slow. Drops after a few seconds. All other games and websites seem fine from my end. Character in game (when it lets me in), just gets stuck in one place, rubberbanding back if I move, unable to interact with anything. Eventually, the game will exit -- presumably after it realizes that there is no connection.
