"Variety Fashion Pack – This rare pack can grant a wide selection of fashions and dyes from Neverwinter." Yuck yuck yuck and a few more for good measure. Hardly worth getting keys when you can get this piece of fecal material

What I want to know is whats inside those fashion packs

I'm waiting until I see the specifics, but this box looks like it contains an "improved" adventurers pack AND a fashion pack. Yuck, indeed.
As for the actual mod though, I'm pretty excited. The visuals look good and the new hunts should be a blast.

Well, having played quite a bit in Ravenloft on Preview, I am pretty optimistic. There are some minor issues, like possibly incorrect IL value for some gear pieces, but overall, it looks good - really good.
I am slightly worried about a few things - one being potential lag when the zones fill up, but I doubt that will be an issue - we experienced no lag during the "Play with the devs" event - not even during that crazy fight with summoned level 77 dragons.
The new mounts have pretty cool effects - I got all 3 of them, but particularly like the flying broom and the new hunts are simply well designed. Instanced and with controllable difficulty and reward levels - a massive improvement over the Chult hunts (which I consider a design disaster, quite frankly).
So, overall, I have not been this optimistic about a new mod in quite a while.
Hoping for improvements...

Hopefully I won't make this a super long post, but I have to say I am looking forward to all the new content in Mod14. I know nothing about what they have done myself, forced myself to stay off of the preview so I could experience it new. I've been playing D&D since the red box, and Ravenloft was one of my favorite campaign settings when it was released, oddly enough for what seems to be most peoples reasons for not liking it. Not just these forums, but other places, I notice a lot of people saying that it feels "out of place" or too different from the Faerun/Forgotten Realms settings, and well...that is the point of Ravenloft. It is out place because it technically is not a part of Faerun, it's not really a part of anywhere. Ravenloft is a collection of the lost and forgotten people, creatures and places of the various Realms. I love that the devs and designers and writers are starting to look outside the standard or regular gameplay environments and branching out. Ravenloft has so many possibilities. Anyway, won't rant too long, will end with a different way of looking at it, just imagine if shows like the Twilight Zone or Outer Limits, didn't have the weird twists in the story, what would you have? that's what Ravenloft is, its the Twilight Zone of the D&D universe.
I just have a question. Do these things (Ravenloft, Omu, etc.) stay around when the next one releases, or do they go away.
Every module stays in game when a new extension comes. Sharandar is one of the first modules of the game, and you can still play it actively if you want

You just had to go jinx it didn't you?
