Looking for active, friendly guild

Hi, all! I'm looking for an active, friendly guild for two people with multiple lvl 70 toons between us (including a fully leveled cleric).
I'm hoping for something that puts the person first, rather than the mechanics of the game, given that one of the two players is still very new to gaming, as well as NW.

I've been in a guild in the past, and was even an officer for quite some time. Unfortunately, people drifted off, and the guild pretty much went dark. So, I've got experience in running with other people, hosting runs, recruiting, setting up special guild hall events, etc. My partner in crime hasn't ever played with anyone, but is super enthusiastic about the game, and wants to explore more of the options that come with playing with other people.

One headset between us, as we normally play on the couch next to one another, and having two headsets ends in feedback.
