In many past MMOs that I've played, it was always a nice thing to get some sort of birthday present (or at least a birthday message!) on your birthday. It seems that NWO doesn't participate in this tradition.

omg
Are you seriously complaining now, when they are giving out presents all over the place?
I'm not sure why, but at a time when Cryptic has probably the most generous ever, this has also coincided with the most complaining.
amazing . . . .

Happy Birthday!
*** The game can read your mind. If you want it, you won't get it. If you don't expect to get it, you will. ***
Now to the issue of no birthday gift from a "free to play" game with a better than average upgrade rate and a good in came economy, I suppose Neverwinter could start charging people monthly fees to play Neverwinter like some of those "past MMO's" and start giving out free Birthday gifts...
But just speaking for myself with all the seasonal events, bonuses and giveaways Neverwinter gives to all players throughout the year instead of just on birthdays - I've got no complaints.

Pay close attention to the parenthetical where I wrote "or at least a birthday message!" Other MMO's do it. I'm disappointed that NWO doesn't.
I'll get some carbons and paper for your apology.
