problem buying zen

my got "Credit card error" when i try to buy zen, i use the same card all the time, my adress didnt change and i also called my bank and they found no problem at all.

i even tried whit my wife's credit card and i have the same result.

anybody else have that issue? im getting frustraded since support take long time to answer.
