Jubilee events completed on their own without I actually completed it

I guess this is a 'good' things for me because I don't need to work for them. However, regardless, I think it is a bug.
So far, I have 2 characters completed the events when I was riding to the events. I was no where close to the place and I was not in party.
One character completed Protector's bounty in Ebon Downs when I was riding to the starting area.
Another character completed "To a Harper's Aid" in Rothe Valley when I was only half way from the gate to the Harper.
The 3rd character completed Protector's bounty just by "arriving" Whispering Caverns". She did not even need to move a muscle.
