Loadout Question concerning Initial Stat rolls

Loadout.a I have a build emphasizing STR & CHA.

On Loadout.b I want to emphasize WIS & CHA.

Can two loadouts have different ability scores? If so, how to do?

I guess you would use a race reroll token on loadout.b, but would that change the stats on my loadout.a? I don't want to waste my reroll token if this isn't going to work the way I think it is. lol
