No GM ticket option for missing promotional

I did a ticket in game for a missing promotional (the free companion from the zen store). But it said that no GM would be notified, and it thanked me for making the report.

In brief, there is a promotion that gives anyone a free companion from the zen store. Everyone in my guild and alliance has it. I don't.

I would like a GM's attention on this issue please. Thank you.

    Closing this up as I have answered you in your other thread about this issue. The promo for the free companion requires you to purchase 7500 Zen.
