I got this title/achievement on my main character, but missed it on an alt. Is there anyway to still it get on my alt?

Check your journal should be able to find it. ^-^

Not There. I didn't talk to Boo at the right time and it doesn't show up on the list anymore.

Do the quest with someone who hasn't yet done it, that's pretty much the only way to get it if you have already been through it.

Do you have to pick up boo, or will you get it at the same time that the person that saves Boo and talks to him? Will the group get the achievement/title if one person completes the actions.

You will have to talk to him yourself to get it. Everyone has to go through his whole dialogue themselves to get the title.
