How do I attach video to a bug report?

The bug report guidlines say:

If you have any screenshots or videos, make sure to attach them!
But I can't find an option to do that?

    If you are using https://support.arcgames.com/

    and submit a ticket, the bottom box is "Attach a Document" try that. It's usually easier to upload the video/screenshots somewhere and just include a link for console users. I have seen the box, but I have never personally needed to use it.

    Except you're not supposed to open a support ticket for PS4 bugs, it specifically states to post to the forum
