Cradle of Death God Chest won't open after making Omu key after beating boss

Today I completed CoDG but could not open the Omu key after making an Omu key.
Expected result: Reward chest is can be opened with an Omu key even if has just been made
Actual result: Impossible to interact with Omu key reward chest even though a key is available
Steps to reproduce:
1. Private queue CoDG
2. Complete trial
3. Attempt to open Omu key chest without a key. Red error message saying requires Omu or Legendary key
4. Create Omu key through campaign screen
5. Attempt to open Omu key chest
6. Chest does not open, no red error message, impossible to interact with chest
