bonding stones now proc but give wrong stats, pet equipment gives wrong stats and stones on pet equipment give wrong stats

Runestones placed on augments does not add any stats. Rank 14 enchants only adds 176 stats rather then 1k stats in equipment slots on pets. The stats on equipment seems to adds up correctly.
