Underdark & Dread Ring fifth boon bug?

I recently bought the campaign buyouts for all the campaigns on one of my characters. All the tokens worked fine - I could select all the boons, check off all the required boxes in the Sword Coast Chronicles stuff, etc. However, the fifth boons for the Underdark and Dread Ring campaigns simply aren't selectable for me. Are those not included in the campaign buyouts? Is there some other requirement I have to fulfill? I've looked literally everywhere in my inventory for an item and even went so far as to buy the "On Madness" book for the Underdark campaign but it still isn't showing anything.

In fact, now that I look at it, some of the options are greyed out and it says they're not available, even though I have met all of the requirements.
