Castle Ravenloft Quest Instance Sun Sword Bug

I was all excited about finishing the "Old Mill" and got access to the "Castle Ravenloft" quest instance but unfortunately I am unable to pick up the sun sword. I tried multiple times but every time the Sword goes through its talk and I am unable to pick it up.

last night I finished the "Ravenloft castle" quest.
if you die when you fight with Strahd you can not try again because the sword of light stays inside the courtyard, and to enter it requires it.
the only way is to reset the instance by exiting the initial door.
after 3 failed attempts with the sword, I've completed the quest without using it and doing much less effort.

the daybreak animation is too slow impossible to use if you are alone.
sunbeam often does not affect enemies.
the animation of dawnstrike is too slow.
