A Tip of The Hat to the Environment Artists

With all the moaning and gnashing of teeth that comes when a mod hits preview, I wanted to throw a shout-out to the Envinoment Artists who put Barovia together.

It can be truly creepy-style scary, espeically when the night calls and that moon comes out like the cold eye of death.

Please pardon the comparison, but it really feels like Duskwood in Vanilla WoW. Dark corners, things that go bump-in-the-night. and what the hell was THAT shuffling around over there?

I played the mod on preview with a headset on, lights turned down low, and after dark real-life.

Stating the obvious, was a jangly-nervous sot after about 15 mins into the mod. Then in-game night-time happened and it was ratcheted up another order of magnitude.

Very well done in the Evironement.. very well done!!

I haven't taken the time to go on preview (and probably will not). However, I am very excited about this new content based on the pictures I have seen. My wife and I are both anxiously awaiting being able to play here.
