Make kicking in a dungeon really work

Hello,
15 minutes before the patch I decided to make a random dungeon and I went into the temple of the spider (great).
Everything was fine and after 5 minutes we are before the last boss. At that moment a player decides to go back near the dungeon entrance. When we say him he goes on the wrong direction he puts us in the ignore list. We try to kick him and (as usual) it doesn't work. There is no message telling why. the Vote to kick doesn't work. The other player tried to kick him too with no effect. After 5 minutes he decides to go in another zone and we still can't kick him and after that there is the patch and once again we lost our time for nothing.

It seems that every time a player acts "badly"(for example goes back in a dungeon, doesn't move 5 minutes... he becomes immune to the kick and we have to abandon the instance. I made a report for the player, but is it really useful? I never have a message telling me that it is taken into account.

It is really a nuisance and even with all my reports nothing happens.
Am I the only one having that problem?

Is there a plan to solve this nuisance in the future mod?

Thank you

The grace period for being kicked in dungeons is 15 minutes, not 5 like in skirmishes. So if you started 15 min before maintenance then you wouldn't have been able to kick this person until the time maintenance started. This isn't a bug, it's wai. Unfair given that most leveling dungeons can be done by 70s in less than ten minutes, but it is what it is currently.
Overhaul of the whole queue/gaining AD system will come with mod 14, but I'm not sure a lower grace period for dungeons is involved in that.

    Hello,

I am not sure about the 15 minutes, I have made another dungeon and we were able to kick another player like that after 13 minutes (6 minutes waiting for him to do nothing).
We should at least have a message telling us that it is not possible to kick before X minutes

What I wish they could do is allow you to create your own personallized blacklist of people you no longer wish to queue with in a random queue. Queueing logic would have to take these lists into account when matching people.
This would result in people who routinely engage in this kind of behavior have a very hard time getting put into a random group, which would be perfect poetic justice.

Yes, that would be perfect, if you know that there will be consequences you won't do things like that.
