Seals Trader For Armor Need fixed

I went out one day to river district on my cleric and when I get back to protector's enclave after farming seals and when i go to the seals vendor that i did not notice that the relic armor had changed cause when go to buy out some Lighttender's Restoration Braces while Lighttender's Restoration Scuisses that i found it was not Rusted Lighttender's Raid braces while Rusted Lighttender's Raid Cuisses cause after i had restored them that i dont know if this was a bug but here is a screen shot from my cleric
