Crash diagnostic files on Windows Desktop

One of the two computers I play Neverwinter on started getting crash diagnostic related files on the Windows Desktop since approximately the end of April. The files are CrypticError.exe and log files such as:



Let me know what further info might help track down why this is happening on the one computer.
