Scales from hunts

I know that the scale issue from the Tyrant is being resolved with the next mod but what about the other issues with the scales.

1) Since I was in a party with someone who used the cutlass loure and got the scale the game thinks we all got it. I have not gotten it after trying many many times nor have the others in the party. Complaints were filed.

2) I have a player in my guild who has yet to get the Chain of scales. It is lying on the floor when the boss in Fane is killed but she can't pick it up and she never got the first scale when she entered the first time. Complaint was filed.

The new mod is coming out soon and these issues have not been fixed. I find this to be a problem and can sombody tell me when these will be fixed.

I can confirm the kutlass scale works. I had gotten one while having a rank 2 chain and after having previously been in a party with someone else that got one.

It works, it’s just a lowish RNG drop chance.

I believe on the chain and first scale they will drop again the next time they do it as a weekly if they don't have one.

I had some difficulty getting the Kutlass Scale myself. I tried a heap of things, one thing which I tried just before it dropped was putting the scales I did already have (Tarnished Mind Whisperer and Ras Nsi scales) along with the Chain of Scales into my bank prior to hunting Kutlass, and then Kutlass' bloody scale dropped soon after (3rd attempt on one character, and 2nd attempt on another). This is about 20 attempts at not dropping for either of them combined.

Worth a shot if nothing has worked. Maybe Kutlass' scale checks the inventory to see if later scales are there, and if they are, it won't drop? I'm not certain. That, or it could be very bad RNG on my part beforehand.
