I wanted to know if anyone has ever tested this At-Will in any way, and see what it really does and it works. From what I could read, I understand that it increases my damage and my gain of action points ...
If anyone can get this doubt :|:|

    The AP gain is hart to "feel" never tested it with ACT but i run DSA in my DPS setup for the fast burst at 3 stacks, like a finisher...and for the visual effect :)
    At bosses with no mobs it's useless for sure.
