Referral program query

So I'm a level 70. Sent referral link to brand new player. Set it all up received email confirming. Added each other to arc friend list. New player is level 6 and still not received Heirloom weapon pack.

Are we missing something?

Never mind, it's not delivered in mail but at the claims agent.

So now have a different issue.

New player has hit level 20 but nothing at the claims agent or in mail for the in game title/bullete mount etc. This is for the new player and for me. Neither of us has the mount etc.

Anyone know where this reward comes from?

So my wife’s recruit started Friday night and got her lvl 5 item Saturday. She hit 20 on Sat, and we both got the mounts this morning from the promo tab of the agent near the Harpers.

I do have the same problem.
Friends' character reaches lvl 20 but no mount available on the Claim Agent, for both of us.

From what I understand it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for the rewards to process. If they aren't there by the end of that 24 hours, you and/or your friend will need to file a support ticket for further investigation.

We went to get him to lvl 25 just in case, but it appears you're right Kreatyve, we did get the mount after several hours. Thanks for the info on the possible delay!
