What is a "Leaver Penalty"? I got kick off "Call to Arms Event" because of it.

    "Leaver penalty" is applied to you when you give up on a dungeon or skirmish without voting to leave or getting kicked.

    Once you have the penalty, you cannot join any queues for 30 minutes.

    Just do the private queue to solo it.
