Yuan-Ti perma charm/fear movement bug.

In searching it seems this Chult bug has been around for a VERY long time. I just experienced it today. With only 2 Yuan-ti I was rendered helpless from charm/fear, whatever it casts. The fear icon over my head went away but my movement was completely not working, none of my powers did anything and this went on for ten minutes. I waited patiently for my Lillend to kill them both. They could not actually kill me. For several minutes after the fight I was still disabled (movement and all powers). Then I quit to character select screen and came back and it was working again. Didn't I see this in patch notes at one time saying it was fixed?
