Mouse Cursor appearing over reticle

Ever since thursday my mouse cursor appears over my reticle in the center of my screen. It moves a tiny bit everytime I move my camera around. It doesnt have a negative effect on my ability to play but its annoying AF. Anyone ever have this happen and find a solution? I've tried windowed, windowed maximized, windowed, tried Vsync on and off and I tried turning software cursor on and off. No changes.

    Hi, I have the same problem, did you found any solution?
    I had to take pictures, because the cursor can not be seen in the screen shot.
