Allow dragging players in queue window

I've heard that you will be able to change character order in log menu in mod 14. So if the tools are available..would be nice to be able to do the same in queue window. As we know some buffs are party wide and some instance wide and that's why people regroup (kick and invite in specific order) to maximize buffs/dps. It would take some hassle away if we could just rearrange group composition (or even assign party 1, party 2.. for trials similiar how pvp siege queue works).
