Eye of the Giant - Artifact Bugs

1st Bug - I upgraded my Eye of the Giant Artifact from Epic to Legendary during the 2x enchants / stones event. When i used the EPIC Version of it, everything was working fine, i was getting the size, speed, the power, the dmg resistance, everything that says in the description.
After i upgraded the artifact to Legendary and tried using it, it stopped working, the only buff i am getting the 1st sentence in the description of the artifact, the dmg resistance, power, size and speed. These I am not getting anymore:
-In battle for each additional enemy that you have in combat, these benefits increase an additional 1% Power, 3% Damage Resistance, and 10% size, up to a total of 5 enemies.
- if you face 5 enemies or more, the eye summons an icy storm, damaging all enemies that stand in its blast by 1,997 damage every few seconds and Slows them by 25% for 12s seconds.
Conclusion: The upgrade from Epic to Legendary broke the artifact and only gives the first line of buffs
2nd Bug - Once i upgraded the artifact to Legendary, the collection bugged out and counted the Mythic version of it aswell, so, i have the collection completed, even though my Artifact is still legendary
3rd Bug - I don't know what it is, but sometimes the artifact just DOESN'T want to activate no matter what i do, i alt tab out of the game, and open and close my steam overlay (i thought at first it was because of that, cause when i open the steam overlay and close it sometimes it won't let me use several items, it's random, sometimes it's either the 3 items slots, the artifact or the mount. I opened and closed the steam overlay several times and still not working), and i even tried to unequip and equip it again or replace it with other artifacts
Note: a fix for ME is having my item deleted and replaced by a different one of the same quality, might fix it, it has only a bit of RP into it OR my Eye of the Giant collection reset
