Ok, the 1st visual bug happens in tong - with specific conditions. On the 2nd trap, if you go through and fail the puzzle, and get the rockfall thing - the cutscene will show the passage from the 1st trap, near orcus. So - 2nd trap shows 1st trap cutscene if rockfall.
2nd bug is also visual bug - I think. I've been juggling epic chain of scales and adorable pocket pet, trying to get the offensive bonuses. And sometimes, when one of them is on cooldown, and the other isn't, if I replace one with the other in the same item slot (eg bound to 7), it will sometimes go into cooldown for a random number of minutes. Now, I don't know if it just didn't get to "cool down" which would make it a visual bug as it doesnt show the CD timer in the inventory but does in the tray, or is the CD timer actually buggy, and sometimes happens to create a cooldown on the item.
