Cannot swap Loadouts!

I swapped loadouts to check something and wanted to change back but it didn't let me. It makes the sound but doesn't visibly do anything. I have applied everything ( mounts and companions ), removed insigs yet it it's still not working. Moreover, I can't seem to equip items on my companions. I am stuck on this low and ungeared/built loadout and it is quite disappointing.. I am on Dragon server and the issue currently is on my SW.
