Opening any chest

So 9 time outta ten I open a chest I get a brief , screen that says . Special rewards.. it's only about two mili seconds. I had to video it and actually play and pause the video to get a actual screen shot of this. Seeing how it pops up and is gone in a instant. What got me to notice this the gold title it says I was in demogoron. And thought I had got a plus five ring outta the chest but it turned out just to be the normal junk you get. So I was really pissed, felt like never winter stepped in and diminish my returns. Over the last three weeks this happened over 200 times. I have informed them of the glitch and they it don't exist. I have over 30 screenshots and proof, but I'm a liar.. SMH bewarned there is a chest bug rather they wanna admit it or not
