Unknown item

I've ran skirmish, duns, and killed normal monsters, I have over ten screenshots of me picking up a item with no name. The item does not appear in the inventory. It makes a blue little splash when you pick it up. Also I like to add that the day that's I run whatever, and I get to the end, and this unknown item drops is really false advertising. I wonder if someone thought it was something good and had a stoke or even heart attack because of the item wasn't their or it even drive them crazy cause they know they picked it up. If never winter would take it more serious with a class a lawsuit?
