PC Issue

I get this error message and do not see any discussions on it : Unable to start game client: client quit unexpectedly.
I have tried restarting computer
I have tried to restart arc by going and ending the processes with no success.
I have great signal strength for internet
Played yesterday with no problems.

Please help. Thank you
