HR Swiftness of the Fox is not working with charge skills

Hr trapper feat Swiftness of the fox isn't working as intendent. It does't shorten the recharge time with skills with charges. It stopped working after the change in skill with charge(that you can change even when they're not fully recharged)
ie. hindering shot, cordon of arrows...

    Additionally these charge skills don’t display their cooldowns properly. They show the between charge use cool down but not recharging cooldown once out of charges. It’s also possible to bug them so that they will not recharge at all by switching loadouts with them on cooldown, when you switch back they will be stuck on cooldown. Exiting the game completely is the only way I have found to get them off cooldown when that happens.

    Oh, so they basically killed not only Pathfinder with CA bug but also whole Trapper tree?

    It's never ever worked with hindering or cordon.
    No idea what my toon is now.

    Before changes with skill with charges this feat worked
