Armor Reinforcement Kits Deleting Item Level

Reinforced my helm with Major Deflection Armor Kit. Went from Item Level 13026 to 12996. Yes submitted support ticket only told me to re-start the PS4. Sure not a lot of help but the Game Master`s first response was `Yes I know the Armor Reinforcement Kits are not working properly as they should` so somebody else must be having this problem. Are the Devs aware of this problem and working on a fix?

Does it effect your stats in any way? If not then it wouldn't bother me, it's only numbers . Don't care about IL.

Good point. I know I was at 2316 Deflection before I installed the kit. I`ll check it out and let you know.
