Quartermaster enchantment drop rate too low.

For some of the younger guilds the need for quartermaster enchantments os high especially when you need 600k surplus equipment to upgrade a building 3 times.

Please either increase the drop rate chance or the cap per hour.

It used to be 6 of us would farm 100k a day in surplus and now 4 of us can barely farm 8k if we are lucky.
