• Players running on 64-bit operating systems now default to running the Neverwinter client in the newly-available 64-bit mode. These settings can be adjusted in the launcher.

On a side note, when will Phantom Claw stop ficking our runs up during the push/pull phase? We wiped like 5 times today because one of the DCs got grabbed and if you get grabbed, you're gonna die no matter what.

probably between mod 19 and 20.. They "fixed" the biggest problem in craddle.
That problem isn't the lag with often SNR (that can prevent you from getting in game for 30 sec), or the attacks during the push/pull phase or even the companions dieing so you can't resummon them unless you die, it is the relog that was the way to help you with those problems...


Seriously, I sometimes believe the devs don't think about WHY people use "exploits". They just see it and "fix" it, forcing us to wipe/abandon trial, or get kicked out..


@terramak I'm not trying to insult anyone, but those issues are getting people (including me) more and more upset.. It would be nice if someone could really look into those issues, or at least tell us they're looking into it.

64 bit does not work

Something is wrong between this patch and 64 bits client.
It's worked fine on preview before, now it's impossible to start the game client.

It looks like we are missing a dependency...



It looks like a path issue. If I open a command prompt and type "x64\gameclient" it launches (but cannot connect to the server). Someone must be calling LoadLibrary() and assuming the current path. Not robust...

At any rate, I'm guessing that it's disabled on Live for the moment.

Oh, in other news, I'm getting really tired of my companion attacking other groups without orders when I've finished with the group I wanted to attack.

What about the people who did 3 weeks of weekly quests on multiple characters? Any missing rewards or just tough luck??

While you are fixing this power, can you please also look at it activating from the side and not straight on? It makes targeting difficult.
