Mod 13-Min requirements to unlock

Does anyone know the minimum requirement to unlock Mod 13? I know unlocking the entire center path in Mod 12 gave me access, but I've been told its not necessary and I have an alt I'd like to do patrols in Mod 13 so I can get a +4 Gravestriker ring before Mod 14 starts :smiley:

    My understanding is that completing the Shrines to Ubtau task is all that is required.
