Zen Market Exp Booster

So when I started my first Neverwinter PC character, I purchased the cheaper of the Exp Scrolls in the Zen Market because I wanted to get to 70 fast and start grinding for good gear. I now have made a hunter ranger that i'd like to also get that scroll for. I went into the Zen store and could only see the Epic Exp Booster which I'm not willing to buy because it's too much Zen. I tried checking on different accounts, etc and still cannot find it in the Zen store. Has it been removed and now only sells the Epic one? Or am I only allowed to buy an Exp Booster for one character only?
