Unsupported video card?

I was playing Neverwinter on my ROG laptop, had an update a few months ago now I cant log in at all. I keep getting: 'Unsupported Video Card. You will be unable to play using your current Video card. Please upgrade your video card to one that supports DirectX Hardware Feature Level 10 or higher. See your Video Card manufactures documentation for information on DirectX Hardware feature Level Support".
When I checked my DirctX version, I have DirectX12. My knowledge is limited on how to fix the situation, any suggestions?

    yes i am having the same problem.. I have been playing on my desktop and i also had an update.. I was playing today and it was fine now i keep getting message that my video card is not supported.. I updated the drivers and still cant get back on the game
