Neverwinter Preview (Mimic) BUG

I'v cleared all caches and cookies but still without effect | Tried also to copy altz but still i cant see at least one guy on the hero tab | Tried different browserz | Tried safe mode | Tried force verify x2 on preview and dragon | Tried creating new character on preview -> that option workz for me | Im using Steam not ARC | I was waiting more than 24 hourz before clearing cookies and after doing this even few dayz more | Tried copying option 10 timez or more for main and altz | Tried patchin all the files from beggining and tried to copy live folder and changed name to playtest | The last ss is from Neverwinter main serv -> Dragon rest ss ar about trying to copy my charz and boom effect xD |

Same here, I tried to copy different characters from my account, several times and none of them were copied.
