ok am wondering is life steal broken on the scourge warlock mine has a 16% chance i fire my ablities and i barely ever get any healing rarely can i heal myself to full health.
on the other hand my great weapons fighter has a 4% ls chance and i can attack a pack of mobs let hp drop below 20% fire determination and by end of determination i am back to full hp.
so is life steal broken on sw or does the stat just not work very well for the class due to slow fireing attacks or what?
