Unable to swap loadouts.

I just experienced this in game a few moments ago. I have three loadouts on my HR and I am able to swap between two of them but, not one of them. I do not have a full inventory, all of my gear is linked to each spec and of course, I'm standing at a campfire. When I attempt to swap to that spec, there are no errors on screen and you even hear the sound associated with the loadout switching but, it does not switch. I have relogged, swapped toons, did everything I can think of. Has anyone else experienced this and/or resolved it?

1) Log in as my HR
2) Open character screen
3) Loadout selection
4) Select loadout from downdown menu
5) Loadout will swap while at a campfire.

Observed Result:
I can swap to two loadouts but one is not able to be swapped to.

Expected Result:
Any of my loadouts should load so long as I am at a campfire and my bags are not overflowing. It worked not even a few hours ago and suddenly, it does't.

You mention gear, but what about mounts? People have experienced this issue by using the same insignia on different mounts between loadouts. If so, a fix is to hit the update in all loadouts button on your stable. If this works, at the current time the only solution is to use the loadouts to swap mounts but leave insignia alone.

Yes agreed with @pitshade, the mount insignias which are used by an active loadout cannot be 'stabled' in another loadout. It will lock a loadout otherwise.

You can still swap insignias on mounts if they are always active between loadouts, but it places unused ones in the first slot in your inventory.

Update your mounts in all loadouts, and note carefully when changing insignias on where they go.
