(PC) Logitech G600 MMO Mouse issues

Greetings. I use a Logitech G600 mouse and on virtually all of my games (100+ and counting) the mouse works quite well.
In Neverwinter's case, the only buttons I can get response out of are the left and right click, the scroll wheel (but not it's side click functions), and a small portion of the twelve thumb buttons. The vast majority of my mouse buttons will not assign, no matter what I do.
Can anyone offer information? I put through a support ticket on the issue but PW came back with "update the drivers", which I've already done.
