The gear I bought back in M12b cannot be restored - it's bugged. So my head piece, arms and boots are not working at all. I bought a new head piece now, and that actually can be restored.
Old gear - shows no reagents needed, shows no results and it shows 0% chance.
EDIT: Nevermind apparently its fixed by attempting to restore it without the reagents.
