Screen colour gets blurred-green when using artifact or other things (except potions)

I suppose I am not the only one having this issue. I have noticed that when I am in Tiamat and I use the artifact placed in the tray or the Champion's Battle Horn or the Adorable Pocket Pet the screen becomes blurred-green for about 10-15 secs. Maybe in other crowded places happens the same, I dont know.
